Cowgirls Land Among Top 10 in Two Polls

STILLWATER – Coming off a weekend at the Big 12 tournament, the U.S. Tennis Association positioned Oklahoma State at No. 10 this week in the women's poll for the second consecutive weekend, and Slam Tennis ranked the Cowgirls No. 9.

It marks just the third week this season in which the Cowgirls have landed in the top 10 teams in the USTA poll and is the second-highest rank the team has achieved in the Slam rankings.

Additionally, the Cowgirls were released as the No. 14 team in the ITA's April 23 polls following the conclusion of conference tournament play.

The team awaits its postseason fate as two of power five conferences hold conference tournaments this weekend. OSU looks to host its fifth straight regional at the Greenwood Tennis Center beginning May 4.
