Marina Guinart Earns League Honor

STILLWATER — Marina Guinart, a senior member of the Oklahoma State women's tennis team, was named to the Big 12 All-Tournament team, following her performance last weekend at the Big 12 Championship.
Guinart started her tournament off strong with a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Kansas State's Karine-Marion Job in OSU's 4-0 quarterfinal victory over the Wildcats.
In the Cowgirls' semifinal match against Kansas, the Castellar Del Valles, Spain native posted a, 6-2, 6-4, win over Sonia Smagina.
Guinart and the 12th-ranked Cowgirls are awaiting their NCAA Regional assignment, which gets underway May 4.
