Cowgirls Land at No. 12 in Most Recent ITA Poll

STILLWATER– The Oklahoma State Cowgirl tennis team lost three spots in the Oracle/ITA Rankings this week to come in at No. 12, it was announced Tuesday morning.
The move comes after a shutout of the Baylor Bears and loss to then-No. 6 Texas. It marks OSU's 86th consecutive week among the top 25 teams in Division I tennis, dating back to March 18, 2014.
Three individual Cowgirls were among the top players according to the ITA's release including Katarina Stresnakova (No. 38), Marina Guinart (No. 102) and Bunyawi Thamchaiwat (No. 119).
Sofia Blanco and doubles partner Catherine Gulihur come in this week as the 21st-ranked doubles pair. Blanco also earned a spot in the doubles rankings with partner Lisa Marie Rioux at No. 70.
The Cowgirls close out their home slate this weekend with non-conference opponent UCF at 5:00 p.m. on Friday followed with a senior day Bedlam matchup Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
