STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State equestrian team moved up one spot to No. 5 in the latest NCEA team rankings, which were released today.
OSU (6-5) is coming off a two-meet road trip where it defeated Delaware State, 10-5, and South Dakota State, 11-5.
Abigail Brayman leads the Cowgirls with five MOP honors, with four coming in Fences and one in Flat.
A pair of Katie's have sparked the Equitation on the Flat team recently as Katie Schell and Katie Pelzel have both won four-straight points in Flat. Pelzel improved her unbeaten record to 4-0 after defeating SDSU's Clair Garduno.
Schell was also named the Big 12 Conference Rider of the Month in Fences for February.
On the Western side, Harley Huff continues to be a point machine for the Cowgirls. The sophomore is 9-2 on the year and collected her 23rd-career point last weekend. Huff hasn't lost a point since last October.
Another sophomore, Stephanie Helsen, has won seven of her past eight matchups in Reining.
The Cowgirls' regular season concludes at 10 a.m. Saturday when OSU hosts Fresno State.
