Cowgirls Ranked Third in NCEA Rankings

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State equestrian team jumped two spots up to No. 3 in the latest NCEA team rankings, which were released today.
OSU (7-5) is coming off a 14-5 victory over No. 9 Fresno State last Saturday. Three Cowgirls — Katie Schell, Hannah Mitchell and Paige Kemper — earned MOP honors against the Bulldogs.
Abigail Brayman leads the Cowgirls with five MOP honors, with four coming in Fences and one in Flat.
On the Western side, Mitchell has four MOPs in Reining.
Harley Huff leads the Horsemanship squad with nine wins on the season.
Sophomore Stephanie Helsen and senior captain Sarah Miller have won eight of their past nine matchups; Helsen in Reining and Miller in Horsemanship.
Next up for Cowgirl Equestrian is hosting the Big 12 Championship on March 29-30.
