Postgame Notes

Tonight was the 32^nd meeting between Oklahoma State and TCU. The Cowboys are 25-7 in the all-time series. TCU has taken four of the last five meetings in Fort Worth, but OSU is still 9-4 all-time there.
OSU recovered from a 13-point deficit and held the lead for 5:29 in the first half. Thomas Dziagwa knocked down a 3-pointer with five seconds remaining in the game, but TCU scored as the buzzer sounded to break the tie and win the game.
TCU went on multiple runs in the first half, which helped it extend its lead to as many as 13 points over the Cowboys. TCU knocked down nine 3-pointers in the first half, and it led 39-28 at halftime. The Horned Frogs never sacrificed the lead in the first half.
OSU managed to get its first lead of the game thanks to a 16-2 run with 8:06 left in the second half. OSU ended up going up by as many as seven points and did not give up the lead until the final seconds of the game.

Player Notes

Lindy Waters continued his hot streak from the free throw line as he knocked down both of his attempts tonight. He is now 55-58 from the line this year.
Yor Anei has blocked at least one shot in 18 of OSU's 22 games, including seven games with at least three blocks. He blocked two shots tonight, which gives him 44 blocks in his freshman year.
Yor Anei tallied a new career high in scoring tonight with 20 points. His previous high was 17 points against Nebraska on Dec. 16. He shot 7-of-7 from the field today and 6-of-7 from the free throw line.
Isaac Likekele had the second-highest scoring total of his career tonight as he put up 17 points. His career-high is 23 points.
Thomas Dziagwa has hit at least one 3-pointer in every game but one this season. He now has 16 games with at least three 3-pointers this year as well. He shot 4-7 from three tonight.
