Cowgirl Soccer’s Webb Collects Academic All-District Honors

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Oklahoma State defender Hannah Webb has been named a 2019 Division I Women's Soccer Academic All-District 7 First Team honoree by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
The CoSIDA Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Webb earned All-District 7 accolades; the district includes student-athletes in Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas.
A junior from Mansfield, Texas, who is majoring in mathematics, Webb carries a 4.0 grade point average and is a two-time Academic All-Big 12 First Team performer.
Webb has played in 16 games for the Cowgirls this season, tallying three assists and bolstering a defense that has posted nine shutouts while allowing the second-fewest goals in the Big 12. She helped lead OSU to the conference's regular season championship, and the Cowgirls are currently ranked No. 9 nationally with a 15-1-3 record.
As an All-District First Team performer, Webb advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-America ballot. Academic All-America nominees will be announced in early December.
