Cowgirls Remain at No. 4

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State Equestrian team comes in at No. 4 for the second time in this week's NCEA team rankings.

OSU (2-1) is coming off a 13-7 victory over South Dakota State last Friday. Two Cowgirls — Sydnie Ziegler and Hannah Mitchell — earned MOP honors against the Jackrabbits.

OSU junior Katie Schell is undefeated in flat (3-0) and has only lost one matchup in Fences (2-1). She has earned MOP honors in both events this year.

On the Western side, Hannah Mitchell is unbeaten in Reining (3-0) and earned MOP honors against South Dakota State.

Freshmen Jo Jo Robertson and Gentry Cherry both started their collegiate careers with MOP performances against UT Martin in the team's season opener.

The Cowgirls will be back at home on October 17 as they host Baylor, the defending Big 12 champions.
