• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will seek the fourth NCAA Sweet 16 appearance in school history on Monday night when it takes on Mississippi State at 8 p.m. in Starkville.
• The ninth-seeded Cowgirls advanced to the second round after logging an 84-57 win over No. 8 seed Syracuse.
• The win was OSU's first in NCAA action since 2014, the same year of the Cowgirls' last Sweet 16 appearance.
• Kaylee Jensen averaged 20.9 points and 12.0 rebounds in conference play. She also logged double-doubles in 14 of OSU's 18 Big 12 contests.
• Braxtin Miller has 54 3-pointers on the year, tying her with Liz Donohoe for the most by a Cowgirl freshman.
• Loryn Goodwin is 22 points away from fourth place on the school's single-season points list.
• Jensen has 46 double-doubles as a Cowgirl, which rank seventh nationally among active career leaders.

• The overall series is tied at one win apiece.
• OSU won the first meeting between the two squads, claiming a 78-71 win at the 2011 Peppermill Holiday Classic in Reno, Nevada.
