Brayman Earns Big 12 Honors

IRVING, Texas – Abigail Brayman of Oklahoma State's eighth-ranked equestrian team collected Big 12 Rider of the Month honors for October for her standout performances, it was released Thursday by the conference office.
Brayman won the Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Month award after going 3-0 and setting a new career high with a score of 90 at Auburn. Brayman's 90 took home Fences MOP honors against the top-ranked Tigers.
"(Brayman) is a very talented individual and can perform with the best of them," said OSU head coach Larry Sanchez. "When you have a nice horse and you do the best you can with it and when you have her kind of talent, you're going to get those big scores."
The sophomore posted scores of 90, 85 and 80 in October. Brayman hasn't had a sub-80 score since February of last season.
Brayman also earned NCEA Rider of the Month honors for October.
