Cowboys Lead At Suspended Royal Oaks Intercollegiate

CARROLLTON, Texas – Oklahoma State's men's golf team stands atop the leaderboard after the first day of action on Monday at the Royal Oaks Intercollegiate at Maridoe Golf Club.
The top-ranked Cowboys had four holes left in their second round before play was called due to darkness at 6:45 p.m. Play will resume tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. with the final round to follow at the par-70, 7,008-yard layout.
OSU stands at 12-under par, while Arkansas is second at 4-over par and North Carolina State is 6-over par and alone in third place.
Three Cowboys finished the day in the top five with sophomore Matthew Wolff standing atop the individual race at 6-under. Junior Viktor Hovland is 3-under and alone in third place, while senior Hayden Wood came in tied for fourth place at 2-under.
Senior Zach Bauchou and sophomore Austin Eckroat are both currently 3-over par and tied for 15th place.
