Cowgirl Softball Reschedules Connors State, Adds Cowley County Matchup

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State softball has rescheduled its Wednesday meeting with Connors State due to poor field conditions after recent inclement weather in the Stillwater area. The game will now be played Thursday, Oct. 11, at 5:30 p.m.
The Cowgirls have also added a matchup against Cowley County on Oct. 23 to make up for the canceled doubleheader against Arkansas earlier this week.
Head coach Kenny Gajewski and the Cowgirls have gotten off to a strong start this fall, defeating Wichita State and Northeastern State by a combined 25-8 score. Elise LeBeouf, Sydney Pennington and Samantha Show have been key contributors at the plate, with each hitting two home runs and combining to drive in 13 runs through OSU's first two fall contests.
