Band of Cowboys Set for University Nationals in Akron

STILLWATER – Nine members of the Oklahoma State wrestling team travel to Akron, Ohio, this weekend to compete at the University Freestyle National Championships, set for June 3-4.

Headlining the competing Cowboys are back-to-back NCAA Champion Dean Heil and 2017 All-American Kaid Brock, who will both compete at 65 kg. Gary Wayne Harding (57 kg), Lincoln Olson (65 kg), Geo Martinez (70 kg), Jonce Blaylock (70 kg), Tristan Moran (70 kg), Jacobe Smith (80 kg) and Keegan Moore (86 kg).

Former Cowboy heavyweight Austin Schafer will compete in the University Greco-Roman division at 98 kg.
