The Basics
The No. 5 Cowgirl Equestrian team looks to build off its conference win against TCU and get revenge on No. 2 Texas A&M after last season.

About the Cowgirls
The Cowgirls (2-2, 2-0 Big 12) are led by 19th-year head coach Larry Sanchez, third-year assistant coach Jenna Blumer, third-year assistant coach Sammy Elser and first-year director of operations Kate Chesley.
About the Aggies
Texas A&M is 6-1 on the season. Their only loss of the season came against No. 1 Georgia on the road. They are currently second in the SEC.
An Oklahoma State Win Would...
• Give the Cowgirls their third home win of the year.
• Be the fourth straight home win for the Cowgirls against the Aggies.
• Pull the Cowgirls to 12-16 in the overall series against the Aggies.
• Give OSU a 6-3 record at home against Texas A&M.
The Series
The Aggies currently hold a 16-11 advantage against the Cowgirls. This will be the ninth time the two teams have met in Stillwater. The Cowgirls hold a 5-3 lead against the Aggies when they're home.
Who to watch for
• Hannah Mitchell was last year's NCEA and Big 12 Reining Rider of the year.
• Seniors Maggie Drysch and Ebba Lange were named to the NCEA All-American Second Team. Lange recently
MOP honors last week against TCU.
• Senior Carly Barrick returns after going 2-0 at the Big 12 Championships.
• Hannah Janson is back after her freshman season where she was given an honorable mention NCEA All-American.
• Elizabeth Collins went 7-3 in Horsemanship during her junior campaign. She is currently undefeated this season.
• Danielle Cohen returns to the Reining arena after making the All-Big 12 team for Reining.
• Julia Purus, Kirsten Chamberland and Kendall Pedigo return for their senior season as three of the team's six captains.
• Harley Huff is the October NCEA and Big 12 October Rider of the Month for Horsemanship. She has earned MOP
honors in three of the first four meets.
• Stephanie Helsen is the October Big 12 Rider of the Month for Reining.
• Abigail Brayman made her Cowgirl debut against SMU week and earned MOP honors in Equitation over Fences. She
also earned MOP honors last week against TCU.
• Paige Kemper was inserted into the starting lineup against SMU, and she has stayed undefeated on the season.
New Faces
The Cowgirls' added 14 new riders to the roster for the 2016-17 season. Of those 14, two are transfers from TCU. The new crop of Cowgirl talent will be looking to add another title to the Oklahoma State Equestrian program.
