Cowgirl Equestrian Opens Season Against Baylor

STILLWATER - The Oklahoma State Equestrian team starts its season when the Baylor Bears come to Totusek Arena on Saturday at 10 a.m.
The No. 4 ranked Cowgirls will look to avenge last year's loss in the Big 12 Championship to the Bears. The Cowgirls are currently 14-0 at home when they match up with the Bears, and they will look to make it 15-0 after Saturday.
Head coach Larry Sanchez begins his 19th season at the helm for the Cowgirls tomorrow. Sanchez is coming off his second Big 12 Coach of the Year honor.
Six NCEA All-American selections return for OSU with Hannah Mitchell leading the way. The sophomore is coming off a season that saw her take home the NCEA and Big 12 Reining Rider of the Year award.
Seniors Maggie Drysch and Ebba Lange give the Cowgirls extra experience and success, for they were second-team All-American selections.
