Cowgirls Stay In Top 15

SKILLMAN, N.J. – Oklahoma State's women's tennis team is ranked No. 15 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll, which was released on Tuesday.
The Cowgirls remain a mainstay in the rankings following a 4-1 triumph over Oklahoma in Norman on Saturday.
OSU holds the top spot in the Big 12 conference standings as the only team undefeated in conference play.
Joining the Cowgirls in the top 25 of the newest rankings are Big 12 foes Texas Tech (No. 14) and Texas (No. 25).
Three Cowgirl student-athletes are featured in the Oracle/ITA individual rankings.
Vladica Babic leads the way for the Cowgirls, as she moved up four slots to No. 44 in Tuesday's rankings.
Katarina Adamovic's two wins against ranked opponents have earned her the No. 47 spot in the singles rankings.
Viktoriya Lushkova holds the No. 65 position in the rankings with only one loss on her record through 16 singles matches during spring competition.
In the doubles rankings, Kelsey Laurente and Maria Alvarez are ranked No. 36.
Lushkova and Carla Tur Mari hold the No. 50 position after a weekend victory against Malene Stripp and Christiana Brigante, 6-3.
Adamovic and Babic round out the rankings for the Cowgirls at No. 54 in doubles. The Cowgirl duo clinched the doubles point against the Sooners with a victory against Simran Sethi and Mimi Fotopoulos, 6-3.
OSU returns to action this weekend with a pair of matches against No. 14 Texas Tech and No. 33 TCU at the Michael and Anne Greenwood Tennis Center.
The Cowgirls welcome College MatchDay back to Stillwater for Sunday's match against TCU. The match will be televised on Fox Sports 2.
