Reed Grabs Big 12 Conference Rider of the Month Honors for November

IRVING, Texas – Senior Miranda Reed was honored as a Big 12 Conference Rider of the Month for November, it was announced by the league today.
The award, which is voted on by coaches in the Big 12, looks at records and scores for each of the athlete's rides during the month of November.
Reed posted a 2-0 record in November, defeated TCU's Megan McMullen, 74.5-72.5, and Georgia's Maddie Anger, 73.5-72. Reed's point in the UGA meet was crucial as the Cowgirls tied the Bulldogs, 10-10, and won the meet based on raw scores.
A native of Licking, Missouri, Reed averaged a score of 74 and defeated her opponents by 1.8 points.
The Cowgirls return to action on February 4 as they take on Baylor in Waco, Texas.
