• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will close out its non-conference schedule when it travels to Las Vegas to take part in the Play4Kay Shootout.
• The Cowgirls will face Santa Clara on Monday at 7:30 p.m. (CST) with the winner advancing to take on the winner of the South Florida-Long Beach State contest in Tuesday's semifinal round.
• OSU will close out the event with a third contest on Wednesday.
• The bottom half of the bracket consists of New Mexico State, Quinnipiac, UNLV and Oregon State.
• In eight games, the Cowgirls have seen three different players record double-doubles with Mandy Coleman (1), Katelyn Loecker (1) and Kaylee Jensen (4) all accomplishing the feat.
• After recording a 34-12 advantage against UTRGV in its last outing, OSU has outscored seven of its eight opponents in the paint this season and has scored at least 40 points in the paint on three occasions.
• To this point, OSU has outscored the opposition in the paint by a 260-128 margin.
• After not scoring in double figures over the first 53 games of her career, senior Diana Omozee has reached double figures in four of the last six contests.
• Kaylee Jensen enters the weekend as the third-leading scorer in the Big 12 (17.9 ppg) and its top rebounder at 10.6 boards per outing.
• Jensen's four double-doubles are tops in the Big 12.
• OSU's last trip to Las Vegas resulted in two wins and the tournament title at The Desert Draw in 2008.
The Field
• Two of the eight teams in the field are ranked in the Top 25: South Florida (22/19) and Oregon State (RV/16).
• Like Oklahoma State, UNLV is receiving votes.
• South Florida, New Mexico State, Oregon State and Oklahoma State were all in the NCAA field a year ago with Oregon State reaching the Final Four.
