• Oklahoma State's women's basketball team will open its regular season on Friday when it hosts Arkansas State at 11 a.m.
• The event will serve as OSU's annual Cowgirl Class at the Court contest. The Cowgirls will host more than 2,000 students from 34 schools across the state.
• Before the game, students will be able to participate in a "educational expo" inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. The expo will host a variety of different clubs and departments from OSU.
• Additionally, the Health Education Program from the Oklahoma State Colvin Center will speak to the students about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
• The contest could mark the first career action in an OSU uniform for six players.
