STILLWATER - When the Oklahoma State softball team kicks off its 2016 season in February, four freshmen and three transfers will appear in a Cowgirl uniform for the first time. The week, okstate.com spoke with Shea Coats, a transfer from Oklahoma Christian University and Tuttle, Okla., and learned about her life away from the softball diamond.

What is your favorite place to eat?
"Granny's."

What's your pre-game ritual?
"I read 1 Corinthinans 9:25 in my Bible. My mom and I also set a specific time every game day and whenever that time comes, no matter where either one of us is at, we stop and pray at the exact same time."

"Adrian Beltre."

If you could have dinner with anyone, who would it be?
"Stonewall Jackson."

Who is the funniest person on the team?
"Darcy Taylor."

What is your favorite TV show?
"The Blacklist."

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
"I would love to travel the world, there are so many places I want to go. Bora Bora and the Polynesian Islands probably top the list though."

"Running track."

"First and foremost, the coaching staff. I'm also a very proud Okie, and given the opportunity to be a Cowgirl is a dream come true."
