Cowgirl Tennis Ranked in Preseason Poll

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State women's tennis features multiple players ranked in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association preseason poll for the 2015-16 season it was announced today.
Three Cowgirls appear in the singles rankings. Junior Viktoriya Lushkova is ranked No. 12, building off a strong sophomore campaign which earned Lushkova her second consecutive All-American season. Sophomore Vladica Babic comes in ranked No. 70 after accumulating a 15-4 record last spring. Katarina Adamovic is slotted at the No. 92 spot in the rankings.
Two Cowgirl duos grabbed spots in the doubles rankings. The pairing of Adamovic and Babic earned the No. 35 position and coming in right behind at No. 36 is the pairing of Lushkova and Carla Tur Mari.
Adamovic and Babic compiled a 15-6 record in doubles competition in the spring. Lushkova and Tur Mari did not compete as a doubles pairing lats season.
The Cowgirls open fall competition this weekend in Malibu at the Oracle Collegiate Challenge.
