ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Oklahoma State's men's golf team finished its fall slate on Sunday with a 295 during its third round at the U.S. Collegiate Championship to finish 13th at The Golf Club of Georgia.
The Cowboys wrapped up the 54-hole event with a 21-over tally of 885, putting them three shots behind East Tennessee State at the par-72, 7,017-yard layout. Auburn and Wake Forest were tabbed as co-champions after posting matching 855 totals.
Four individuals shared medalist honors with Stanford's Maverick McNealy, Virginia's Derek Bard, Wake Forest's Cameron Young and Auburn's Will Long all posting 210 totals.
Sophomore Brendon Jelley led OSU's starting five, posting a 72 during his third round to finish at 220 and tied for 34th place.
Classmate Stratton Nolen was two strokes back at 222 and tied for 41st place after closing with a 78.
Senior Jordan Niebrugge signed for his second 74 in a row to get in with a 223 total and tied for 46th place.
Redshirt freshman Hayden Wood carded the squad's low round of the day, posting a 71 to stand at 228 and tied for 69th place.
Junior Wyndham Clark tallied a 229 total after closing with an 80 to tie for 76th place.
Junior Zachary Olsen competed individually and closed with a 78 to finish tied for 69th place at 228.
