PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Oklahoma State women's tennis wrapped up play at the Riviera ITA All-American Championships on Saturday.
The Cowgirl duo of Viktoriya Lushkova and Carla Tur Mari competed in the quarterfinals of the back draw, where they faced Alex Chatt/Maddie Lipp of Northwestern. Lushkova and Tur Mari dropped a tough match to the No. 34 Wildcat tandem, 8-3.
The Cowgirl tandem finished All-American qualifying with four wins and only two defeats.
Three of the four Cowgirl wins came against ranked opponents, including upsets of No. 19 Taylor Davidson/Caroline Lampl of Stanford and No. 24 Klara Fabikova and Karla Popovic of California.
The Cowgirls return to action next week as they prepare to host the ITA Central Regional Championships in Stillwater.
