Cowgirls Up to No. 39 in Latest ITA Team Rankings

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State's women's tennis team jumped 11 spots to No. 39 in the latest team rankings released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Tuesday.

The Cowgirls' spike in this week's rankings comes at the heels of a 6-1 victory over Wichita State at the Greenwood Tennis Center last Sunday.

Cowgirl freshman Viktoriya Lushkova made her first appearance in the ITA singles rankings last week, coming in at No. 108.

The Cowgirls will host No. 14 Oklahoma this Sunday, March 9, at 1 p.m. College MatchDay will also be on site. In addition to online coverage on ESPN3, fans in attendance at the match will have access to the 53-foot, interactive Fan Experience trailer, where they can engage in a number of activities before and during the match.
