* Junior college transfer Anthony Allen got his first start at the NCAA Division I level and responded with 14 rebounds, six points and four blocked shots. It was his second-straight double-figure rebounding game, and he is averaging 13 boards and four blocked shots in the first two games.
* Oklahoma State is now 4-0 all-time vs Prairie View A&M and 23-0 all-time vs current members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.
* After missing Friday night's season opener, freshman wing Joe Burton came in with 3:36 remaining in the game.
* Redshirt freshman Jeffrey Carroll recorded his first-collegiate double-figure scoring game with 12 points off the bench.
* The Cowboys have outscored their first two opponents 91-49 in the second half.
