"I sincerely regret my actions and the negative light in which they have cast Oklahoma State University. I would not intentionally try to harm or embarrass any student athlete. I understand how my actions, although done in jest, were interpreted much differently by the public. I have had multiple discussions with OSU's administration and consider this to be a painful, although important, learning moment. I fully accept responsibility for my lapse in judgment and accept the consequences that are coming my way."
