OSU rolls to most lopsided all-sports Bedlam Series win on record
June 29, 2026 | General
STILLWATER – For the sixth time in the last seven years and for the 11th time in the last 13 years, Oklahoma State has won the all-sports Bedlam Series over Oklahoma. OSU's 18-5-1 record against OU across all sports in 2025-26 marked the widest single-year margin of victory for either school in the 27-year history of the series.
This year's edition of the Bedlam Series was clinched before the calendar turned to October. By September 26, OSU secured two wins in men's cross country and two wins in women's golf, plus additional wins from men's golf and women's cross country to exceed OU's Bedlam win total for the entire year.
Cowboy Wrestling's 37-0 dismantling of the Sooners in front of a sold-out crowd in Gallagher-Iba Arena and Cowgirl Softball's 6-4 upset of then-No. 1 OU at Devon Park in Oklahoma City were among the most thunderous Bedlam results of the academic year.
The Bedlam Series is calculated by straight wins and losses in head-to-head competition.
While Oklahoma State and Oklahoma have been in competition for more than 100 years, the all-sports Bedlam Series did not come into existence until the 1999-2000 academic year. In the 27 years since, OSU owns a 15-11-1 advantage over OU.
Oklahoma State has been particularly dominant over Oklahoma in recent years, going 11-1-1 in all-sports Bedlam since 2013-14. Included in that span are the five most lopsided all-sports Bedlam Series wins in history, all of which went in favor of OSU.
