Cowgirl Tennis To Begin Fall Schedule

STILLWATER, Okla. -
The Oklahoma State women's tennis team will open the fall portion of the schedule this weekend at the Missouri Aces for the Cure Tournament in Kansas City, Mo.
The tournament, held Sept. 21-23, pits the Cowgirls against teams from around the country in Princeton, Tulsa, and host Missouri.
The Cowgirls' roster for the tournament will consist of seniors C.C. Sardinha and Malika Rose, ranked Nos. 97 and 101, respectively, in the ITA Preseason rankings. The doubles team of Rose and junior Kanyapat Narattana are also ranked, sitting at No. 14 in the nation. Oklahoma State's roster also features sophomore Meghan Blevins and freshman Maria Alvarez.
Oklahoma State will begin tournament action with a doubles match against host Missouri on Friday morning at 9 a.m., and wrap up on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. with a singles match against Princeton.
