Cowgirls Face Jackson State

Stillwater, Okla. — Oklahoma State's Cowgirl Softball team will travel to Conway, Ark., for a mid-week game against the Jackson State Tigers. The contest will be played at Farris Field, home of the Central Arkansas Bears. First pitch is slated for 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
Due to weather, Oklahoma State has missed out on playing five scheduled games this season. As a result, the Cowgirls will play the Tigers on a neutral field located midway between the two campuses.
Oklahoma State is 17-15 overall this season and 2-5 in Big 12 Conference action. Jackson State is 24-15 overall and 7-0 in Southwestern Athletic Conference games. The Cowgirls are ranked No. 37 in the latest Ratings Percentage Index released by the NCAA on Tuesday morning.
This will be the first-ever meeting between Oklahoma State and Jackson State on the softball diamond.
