Stillwater, Okla. — Oklahoma State's men's basketball team will host the Iowa State Cyclones on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 6 pm inside Gallagher-Iba Arena. The game will be televised on ESPN2, with Mark Jones handling the play-by-play duties and Sean Farnham providing color commentary.
The Cowboys lost to the Cyclones 71-68 earlier this season in Ames on a buzzer-beating shot by Scott Christopherson. OSU held a six-point lead with three minutes remaining at 66-60, but Christopherson scored eight of ISU's final 11 points, in leading the Cyclones to victory.
OSU is 11-12 overall this season and 4-6 in Big 12 Conference action following Saturday's disappointing 64-60 loss to No. 6 Baylor. ISU is 17-6 overall, 7-3 in league play and coming off a 77-70 win at Oklahoma on Saturday.
Oklahoma State leads the all-time series with Iowa State 61-53, including a 35-13 mark at home. The Cowboys have won 12 of the last 15 meetings between these two teams. OSU has not lost to the Cyclones inside Gallagher-Iba Arena since 1988, a string of 16-straight wins over ISU in Stillwater.
