Former Cowgirl Joins Zina Garrison Academy

HOUSTON, Texas -
Former Oklahoma State tennis star Lori McNeil has been named the Director of Tennis at the Zina Garrison Academy in Houston, Texas, it was announced this week. As the Director of Tennis, McNeil will coach and mentor young tennis players attending the academy.
As a Cowgirl, McNeil lettered from 1981-83 under coach Ike Groce, was a three time Big 8 champion, and in 1982, became the first in the program's history to earn All-American honors. McNeil had a successful 19-year professional career after turning pro in 1984. She was inducted into the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Women's Hall of Fame in 2006.
