Fugitt Crowned Champion At AAQHC

Oklahoma State equestrian member Mackenzie Fugitt was crowned champion at the All-American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio Saturday.
The sophomore defeated 170 other riders to take top honors in the 15-18 showmanship division.
Fugitt is one of four Cowgirls competing in the event over the next two weeks. She will be joined by junior Marissa Dalton and freshmen Allison Hurlbut and Lindsay McMullen.
The All American Quarter Horse Congress is the World's Largest Single-Breed Horse Show. The show receives more than 17,000 horse show entries and will house more than 8,500 registered American Quarter Horses during its three-week schedule.
