STILLWATER - The Oklahoma State University Department of Athletics and Nike have joined together to produce an official student t-shirt. The general student population will select its shirt by way of a vote, choosing from three designs provided by Nike. This is the first official Athletic Department sponsored student t-shirt.
All three "Live Orange" Nike designs were unveiled during the Orange and White Spring game last Saturday. Fans can vote for their favorite design on okstate.com through May 1. The winner will be announced on May 4.
The official student t-shirt will go on sale this summer and will be available at all local Nike retailers. Students and fans are encouraged to wear the shirt throughout the 2010-11 school year, specifically to the opening home football game on September 4 against Washington State.
The OSU Student Marketing Club will assist with the first-ever official student t-shirt, helping continue OSU's tradition of the "sea of orange" in the student section.
Put your stamp on the "Live Orange" campaign by going to okstate.com and casting your vote. Also check out the Student Combo package, available for purchase for only $330. The combo package grants students access to all home football and basketball games, including the 2010 Bedlam game at Boone Pickens Stadium.
