However, Oklahoma State took control with a 9-0 run led by Page's four foul shots and a field goal in transition. Page was 10-of-10 from the foul line. The Cowboys had 25 free-throw attempts in the second half after having only one before the break.
The Bears were just 19-of-55 from the floor and committed 16 turnovers. Oklahoma State was charged with 19 turnovers and hit 1-of-12 from behind the 3-point line. Page was 3-of-12 from the field after scoring a career-high 29 in a 66-49 win over Murray State last Sunday in Anaheim.
Oklahoma State led 29-23 at halftime despite going scoreless for just over four minutes during one stretch.
Ray Penn's field goal with 11:42 showing gave the Cowboys a 13-11 advantage. Page's jumper at the 7:28 mark made it 15-13.
A 3-pointer by Mark Rutledge drew the Bears to within 17-16 before an 8-0 run by OSU highlighted by two Moses baskets pushed the lead to nine.
Central Arkansas responded with an old-fashioned three-point play by Dewan Clayborn at the 2:17 mark, but the Cowboys turned back-to-back offensive rebounds into the six-point halftime margin. The Cowboys had 24 rebounds, 10 offensive, in a sloppy opening 20 minutes that saw 17 combined turnovers.
OSU's lead grew to 52-40 on a Moses free throw but Williams' treys cut the margin to six with just under six minutes to play.
The Bears went scoreless over the next 2 1/2 minutes while the hosts hit 7-of-8 from the line to pull away.
