Cowgirls Host Sooners in Second Bedlam Match-Up

The Cowgirls are 31-18 this year with a Big 12 record of 6-9. Sophomore Mariah Gearhart is leading the team with a .351 batting average, 52 hits and 30 stolen bases. She also has a team-high .439 on-base percentage and 42 runs scored. Junior Anna Whiddon leads the Cowgirl pitching staff with a 2.23 earned run average and a 16-11 record. She has thrown 14 complete games and has 160 strikeouts.
The Sooners are 37-13 this season with a 13-4 Big 12 record. They are led offensively by shortstop Amber Flores who has a .419 batting average and 54 hits, including 12 doubles, a triple and 15 home runs. She has a team-high 53 runs batted in, 44 walks and a .597 on-base percentage. Senior D.J. Mathis leads OU in the circle with a 2.65 ERA, a 15-4 record and 117 strikeouts in 113.2 innings pitched.
Oklahoma State is 68-65 all-time against Oklahoma, including a 32-24 record in Stillwater.
