Nikki Jones
Nikki Jones is originally from Norman, Oklahoma. She has worked at OSU since 2000, and she joined ASSA in October 2001. Previously, she worked in the College of Education before transferring to ASSA. She earned her Bachelor's degree in the Education in December 2004 and her Masters degree in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (Special Education option) in May 2008, both from OSU. As a Learning Specialist, Nikki assists and supervises student-athletes in preparing and tracking application packages for university, conference, and national scholarships, honors, and awards. She is also in charge of the facilitator program, which includes hiring, training, and overseeing ASSA facilitators, who meet with student-athletes each week to assist in the organization of their academic, athletic, and personal commitments and to provide guidence and support toward their short- and long-term goals. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with family and friends, and attending OSU sporting events.
