Bailey Mahoney is in her first season on the Cowgirl Equestrian coaching staff, filling the position as student coach. Mahoney has recently graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree economics. She is currently enrolled at OSU working on her Masters of Business Administration.
Mahoney brings a huge degree of experience back to OSU. As a senior rider for the Cowgirls she was the captain of the English team. She was selected as the two seed over all to compete in the individual flat competition at the Varsity Equestrian National Championships. Bailey compiled 23 head-to-head wins along with nine MVPs. She was a member of the top seeded English team heading into the VENC and the team that claimed the title at the Central Championship. In her junior year she was also the English Captain and earned 11 head-to-head victories, along with two MVPs. Bailey has been a huge success for the Oklahoma State Equestrian program and has not transferred her talent to the coaching aspect of the sport.
