Fall 2008: Did not compete in any fall competition.
Freshman (2008): Began her Cowgirl career winning six of her first eight singles matches ... started the season competing in No. 5 singles and No. 3 doubles ... worked her way up the lineup to finish the season competing in the No. 4 singles and No. 1 doubles ... was instrumental in a first round Big 12 Tournament victory with a win against Missouri's Katelyn Ritchie ... compiled a 14-6 record in singles throughout the season ... posted a 7-5 record in Nos. 1 and 2 doubles with teammate JoAnne Karaitiana.
Coach Lubicz-Majewski on Belova: "Sasha is very talented, has a beautiful stroke, is very handy and has a lot of potential. Her experience will be very important for us."
