Three Cowboys Run at Sooner Open II

NORMAN, Okla. - The Oklahoma State men's track and field team sent three athletes to compete at the Sooner Open II at the Mosier Indoor Center at the University of Oklahoma on Saturday, with Brad McNiff providing the Cowboy highlight in the 1,000-meter run.
McNiff finished the event in fourth place with a time of 2:34.45, marking his best 1,000 meters time of the season.
Mitchel Rolfes ran in both the 200- and 400-meter dash, finishing in 14th place in both events with times of 24.13 and 53.17, respectively.
Ryan Little also competed for the Cowboys in the one-mile run, but did not finish the race.
Oklahoma State returns to action next weekend at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in College Station, Texas.
