Cowboys Release Indoor Schedule

STILLWATER, Okla. – The Oklahoma State Cowboy track team released its indoor schedule today, with the Kansas State Invite on Jan. 16 kicking off the season.
The Cowboys will spend the most time in Fayetteville, Ark., with four meets at the University of Arkansas on the schedule. OSU travels to Fayetteville for the Razorback Invite on Jan. 22, the Tyson Invitational on Feb. 12 and 13, the Arkansas Last Chance on March 5 and 6 and the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 12 and 13.
OSU visits Norman, Okla., three times for the JD Martin Duals on Jan. 30, the Oklahoma Christian II on Feb. 6 and the Sooner Open I on Feb. 20.
Some runners will attend the Husky Classic in Seattle on Feb. 12 and 13, while OSU will again split its team for the Notre Dame Last Chance on March 5 and 6.
The Big 12 Championships are set for Feb. 26 and 27 in Ames, Iowa. Sophomore German Fernandez is the reigning Big 12 Champion in the indoor 3,000 meters and the indoor mile. Senior John Kosgei won the indoor 5,000 meters a year ago. 2009 Oklahoma State Cowboy
