Cowgirl Softball Doubleheader Postponed

Oklahoma State's softball doubleheader with Seminole State, scheduled for today starting at 5 p.m., has been rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, Oct. 15, at 5 p.m. due to inclement weather.
The Cowgirls are 6-0 during the fall scrimmage season while outscoring their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs per game. The OSU pitching staff has allowed just one earned run in 40 innings this fall, good for a 0.17 ERA. Senior pitcher Anna Whiddon has recorded 28 strikeouts while issuing just two walks and allowing four hits in 19 innings.
At the plate, the Cowgirl offense is batting .426 while averaging nearly 10 runs per contest. Sophomore Julie Ward is leading OSU with her .619 batting average with four home runs and two doubles, good for a 1.286 slugging percentage. She also has 19 runs batted in. Sophomore Kelsey Anchors is batting .526 with 10 hits and 10 runs scored.
