Last Fall
 played the fall semester at Baylor before transferring to Oklahoma State.
as a freshman at Baylor (2008)
 played 21 games and started seven for the Bears and coach Glenn Moore.
 had six hits in 21 at-bats with four runs batted in and one scored.
 had a double and seven total bases leading to a .226 slugging percentage.
 compiled a perfect fielding percentage in 23 chances, including 22 putouts.
at Purcell High School (2003-07)
 lettered four years for head coach Jamie McCoy.
 was named the Little City Player of the Year as a senior by the Oklahoman.
 was Little City honorable mention in 2003, first team in 2004 and second team in 2005.
 was selected the Sooner Conference Newcomer of the Year in 2003 and the Sooner Conference Most Valuable Player in 2005 and 2006.
 was named the Purcell Defensive Player of the Year in 2003 & Â04, the Offensive Player of the Year in 2005 and the team's Most Valuable Player in 2006.
 led her team to the Class 3A state title her sophomore season with a 19-2 record and a 0.39 earned run average.
 was solid at the plate as well, batting .366 with 32 runs batted in and 24 runs scored as a sophomore.
 defeated two-time defending champion Meeker with a 2-1 win in the state finals.
 went 2-for-3, including the game-winning hit, against Meeker.
 threw eight scoreless innings and gave up only one hit as the Dragon's defeated top-ranked Henryetta 1-0 in the semifinals.
 also scored the game-winning run in that game.
 as a senior, posted a 20-6 record with 13 shoutouts, five no-hitters and 237 strikeouts while batting .429 at the plate.
 is Purcell's all-time leader in career home runs (12) and strikeouts (719).
Personal
Born May 25, 1988, Taylor is the daughter of Alan and Jana Marcum. She has a younger brother, Hunter. Her father played football and ran track at East Central in Ada. Taylor is planning to major in athletic training at Oklahoma State.
