• started five games during the fall season, including three at first base and two as the designated player.
• batted .462 with six hits in 13 at-bats.
• her six hits included two doubles and two triples, giving her a .923 slugging percentage.
• scored seven runs for the Cowgirls, reaching home plate at least once in each game she played.
• went 2-for-3 against Oklahoma Christian with a double, a triple, a run scored and an RBI.
• also had 13 putouts against the Lady Eagles.
• was 2-for-3 with a double, a run scored and an RBI against Carl Albert State College.
• scored two runs on two walks in the second game against Carl Albert.
• went 1-for-2 against Seminole State with a triple and a run scored.

• was named first-team All-Sierra League, first-team all-district, and was the Most Valuable Player at the Charter Oaks Tournament.

• played summer ball for the So Cal Pride with coach Rick Arzola.

Personal
Born on March 28, 1990, Julie is the daughter of Terry and Debbie Ward. She has an older brother, Brian, and a younger sister, Brittany. Julie plans on majoring in athletic training at Oklahoma State.
