ACCESSING YOUR SEAT
Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium on the side their game tickets indicate.Â
Each individual is encouraged to hold their own ticket to assist in expediting the scanning process. Game tickets will be electronically scanned by gate attendants. Everyone is encouraged to use the appropriate breezeway when going to your seat. Excessive movement on the part of spectators during the game is a common complaint to our Game Administration officials. As a courtesy to other patrons, please remain in your seats until the play has ended.
ADMISSIONS
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium. Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the stadium are subject to search.Â
ANIMALS
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer or Express Personnel Staff. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405/744-6523.
ATHLETIC CENTER/HERITAGE HALL
The Athletics Center is open 1½ hours prior to game time. Heritage Hall is available for viewing while the Athletics Center is open to the general public. The building is closed at kick-off.
ATM MACHINES
ATM machines are located by the escalators (north and south plaza level) in Boone Pickens Stadium. An ATM machine is also located in Gallagher-Iba Arena in the east lobby by the escalators and will only be available while the building is open to the general public.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms in Boone Pickens Stadium. They are located in the handicapped accessible bathroom stalls.
BAG SCREENING
Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the stadium. Bags are limited in size so they can fit under the seat. Bags larger than 8” x 11” are not allowed in the stadium. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the gates. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the gate. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of bags or purses will be denied entry to the stadium. Please see the “Stadium Policies” section for items that are not permitted in the stadium. Uniformed security officers will be doing the bag checks for the 2008 football season.
BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS (SPIRIT)
Any spirit banner, sign or flag considered to be improper (offensive, political, etc.) will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to hang spirit banners, signs or flags is prohibited.
BROADCAST
Cowboys Radio Network
Every game of the 2008 Cowboy Football season can be heard throughout the state of Oklahoma on the Cowboy Radio Network. OSU Football will cover the state when 30 stations join the network, from Altus to Bartlesville, from Guymon to Idabel.
A list of stations includes: KGYN-AM (1210 AM) in Guymon; KVRW-FM (107.3 FM) in Lawton; KXXY-FM (96.1 FM) in Oklahoma City; and KFAQ (1040 AM) in Tulsa.
Dave Hunziker enters his eighth season as the play-by-play voice of the Cowboys, while John Holcomb, sports director at CBS affiliate KOTV in Tulsa, will provide expert analysis for his fourth season. Robert Allen will provide sideline reports for the seventh year and co-host the postgame call-in show.
Cowboy Sports Talk, a call-in show with Coach Mike Gundy, is hosted by Dave Hunziker and airs every Tuesday night throughout the season at 7 p.m. The show can be heard throughout the Cowboy Radio Network. Check out the athletics department Web site at www.okstate.com for a complete list of stations.
Game Broadcasts
Network broadcasts for all Cowboy Football games will begin 90 minutes prior to kickoff. The pre-game show includes interviews with Coach Gundy, Cowboy assistant coaches and players. The post-game show runs for one hour following the game and includes interviews from the locker room with players and coaches. All Conference and selected non-conference games are also broadcast on XM satellite radio.
CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Cameras with removable lens are permitted as long as they are not “professional camera equipment” or the removable lens does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans.  Video cameras are not allowed in the stadium.
CLUB LEVEL TOURS
OSU fans are invited to tour the Express Personnel Club at Boone Pickens Stadium. OSU fans interested in scheduling a tour or want more information about Club Seats, please contact Matt Grantham at 405/744-5938 or 877-2B-POSSE.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the stadium.
The concession stands are located through out stadium on the plaza and mezzanine levels.
CONDUCT
Oklahoma State University promotes the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials in accordance to these guidelines.
DAY CARE
The Stillwater YMCA offers day care during home football games for children ages three (3) and older. Open one hour prior to kickoff until one hour after the game, the YMCA offers many activities for your child, including a snack. There is a fee involved with this service. Contact the YMCA front desk at 405/372-5833 for information on their “Football Program.”
ELEVATORS
The elevators are for individuals who have the proper game ticket (club or suite level ticket) or proper game credential. Elevators in each of the stair towers will be assigned to do certain functions. Individuals with handicap seating located on the mezzanine level of the stadium will have a “WC” on their game ticket. Individuals with this type of ticket can utilize designated elevators to access the mezzanine level. The elevators in the west endzone will not be available to the general public for the 2008 football season.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Medical and safety personnel are assigned to the stadium. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or OSU Safety personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.
ESCALATORS
The escalators are located in the middle of the north and south stadium and in the west end of the stadium. They are open to the general public to reach the mezzanine level. Only individuals with the proper game ticket or credential may use the escalators access levels above the mezzanine. The escalators in the west endzone will only go the mezzanine level for the 2008 football season.
EXPRESS GATES
Fans may enter through express gates located at S3, S4, S9, S10, N3, N4, N9, N10, W4 and W5. These gates will have signage above them for identification. Express gates allow quick entrance into the stadium for fans that do not have items that need to be checked. Any fan that is bringing in allowable items (purses, bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, camera cases, blankets, etc.) will have to use one of the gates where their item(s) can be checked.
EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.
FAMILY RESTROOMS
Family restrooms are located by the elevators in each of the corners of the stadium. They are located both on the plaza and mezzanine levels.
FAN ASSISTANCE BOOTH
The Fan Assistance Booths are located on the ground level, in the middle of stadium, on the north and south side. These booths will be open 1½ hours prior to kick-off through the end of the game. Fans may go to these booths for Orange Rewards, Lost and Found, information and assistance.Â
FIELD ACCESS
Spectators are reminded they are prohibited from entering the playing field unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
FIRST-AID ROOMS
First-aid rooms are located at the west end of the stadium (north and south sides) on the plaza and mezzanine levels. Please contact an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer or Express Personnel Staff if you or anyone around you appears to need medical attention.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Patrons may not bring outside food or beverages inside the stadium (includes food or beverages purchased in Hall of Fame Block Party area). Concession stands are located throughout the stadium and offer a variety of food and beverages.
GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
“Hall of Fame Block Party” happens on the north side of Boone Pickens Stadium. This family fun area features: carnival-style concessions, inflatable games, face painting, live music, the GoVision screen and “Made in Oklahoma” crafters.
GATES OPEN
Stadium gates are open 1½ hours prior to kickoff for students and the general public.  Suite and club ticket holders may enter the stadium 2 hours prior to kickoff.
HALL OF FAME AVENUE
Hall of Fame Avenue will be closed (Game Day Experience set up area) to vehicular traffic on home football game weekends.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
All items that have been turned over to stadium personnel, police or safety will be taken to one of the Fan Assistance Booths which are located on the north and south side (plaza level) of the stadium. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Police Department. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the OSU Police Department at 405/744-6527 during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, police or safety officer to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or safety officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine a location in the stadium to meet your children if you get separated.
NOISEMAKERS
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the stadium.
ORANGE REWARDS PROGRAM
The Orange Rewards Program is a program to show your support to Cowboy and Cowgirl sports. You can make a difference at home athletic events by wearing orange and cheering for the Cowboys and Cowgirls. For each game you attend, excluding men's basketball, get your card stamped/scanned and earn free merchandise. Orange Rewards tables will be located on the north, south and west side of Boone Pickens Stadium. Please visit for more details on the Orange Rewards Program.
OSU AUTHENTIC
OSU Authentic is on the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium. A Nike Tent will be open on game day north of the stadium as well as other locations on the plaza and mezzanine levels of Boone Pickens Stadium.Â

PARKING-CREDENTIALS
Appropriate POSSE parking credentials must be displayed to gain admittance into POSSE parking lots. Parking credentials need to be displayed in the rearview mirror of the vehicle while it is parked in the designated lot.
PARKING-GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots not included in the controlled POSSE areas or otherwise controlled under the authorization of the OSUPD shall be open for general parking unless otherwise controlled or restricted by OSU Parking Services. Please visit the Web site to view all public parking lots.
PARKING-HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING
There will be several handicap-accessible parking areas on football game days. To qualify for handicap parking, you must display a valid state handicap parking permit. Handicap parking is provided on a first come, first serve basis excluding the first row south of Boone Pickens Stadium (Lot 6). You must present your state-issued handicap parking permit upon entering the lot. The holder of the permit must be in the vehicle upon entry. A shuttle service will be available at the overflow lot to assist in transport to the stadium gates beginning three (3) hours prior to kickoff. Overflow handicap parking will be located at the track lot on Hall of Fame, west of Boone Pickens Stadium. Accessible parking closest to the football stadium will be for anyone with a valid handicap permit. Individuals entering the handicapped parking lot must have a state issued handicapped permit.
PARKING-LOT LOCATION AND HOURS
Maps are provided to season ticket holders and are posted on the POSSE Web site () at the beginning of each season showing the latest configuration. Due to construction on and around campus, lots are subject to change. Football parking lots open six (6) hours prior to night games and four (4) hours prior to morning and afternoon games.
PARKING-RV'S
POSSE members (must be a season ticket holder and a donor at the minimum level of Silver Star) with RV's will park in Lot # 74, which is located west of the track complex (Hall of Fame and Walnut Street). Individuals must have a proper parking permit to enter this lot. Individuals who are not POSSE members and have RV's will park in Lot # 81, which is located east of the Physical Plant (Hall of Fame and McFarland Street).Â
PARKINGÂSHUTTLE SERVICE
A shuttle service will be provided to patrons who park in designated POSSE shuttle lots. The shuttle service will begin three (3) hours prior to kickoff and will resume routes during the 4th quarter of play. The shuttles will load and unload at the same locations.
PISTOL PETE'S PARTNERS
Pistol Pete's Partners get free admission to OSU baseball, softball, soccer, wrestling and women's basketball. Annual membership for children in the eighth grade and younger is only $35.00. The cost for each additional family member is $15.00. Members receive a T-shirt, I.D. card, Pistol Pete picture and invitations to special “members only” parties. Members also receive free admission to the Cowboy football game vs. Troy on September 27. RSVP will be required by September 9. Sign up your child by calling OSU Athletic Marketing at 405/744-3067.
PROGRAMS
Programs are sold at the “How Orange Are You” stands located on the plaza level of the stadium.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry into the stadium is possible only by obtaining a hand stamp from the gate attendant prior to leaving the stadium. Both a valid game ticket stub and a valid hand stamp are required for re-entry. Stadium policies and procedures will still be followed for re-entry.
SECURITY
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tending your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Oklahoma State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium. Please consult the “Stadium Policies” for items not allowed in the stadium.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected person is grounds for arrest.

SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and attendant seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 405/744-5745 at least 24 hours prior to the event. Wheelchair/attendant seating is available throughout the stadium. A POSSE donation will be required for certain seating locations. Patrons need to inform the ticket office if they require mobility seating.
STADIUM CONCOURSES
Once inside Boone Pickens Stadium, fans are encouraged to utilize the concourses located on the plaza and mezzanine levels (under the seating bowl) to move around the stadium. Fans are also encouraged to utilize the proper breezeway when going to their seat.
STADIUM PLAZA - EAST
Due to construction issues, the East Plaza will be restricted to individuals who have the proper game ticket (wheelchair seating in the east endzone) or game credential. It will not be used for fans to move from one side of the stadium to the other.
STADIUM POLICIES
- All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium.
- All persons are subject to search.
- Allowable bags (8x11) brought into the stadium will be searched.
- No tobacco products are allowed on university property.
- No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
- No chairbacks are allowed in the stadium.
- Spirit banners, flags or signs considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited.
- The following items are not permitted in Boone Pickens Stadium: umbrellas, alcoholic beverages, car seats, baby strollers, artificial noisemakers, beach balls, explosives, firearms, food, beverage, ice chests, backpacks, video cameras, large lens cameras, tripods and monopods.
Oklahoma State football fans planning to bring seat cushions into Boone Pickens Stadium need to be aware of several guidelines.
• All seat cushions must have a width of 16 inches or less
• Seat cushions are not allowed to have arms or backs to them
• Chair backs are not allowed to be brought into the stadium
If seat cushions do not meet the above requirements, they will not be allowed into the stadium and can not be stored at the stadium.
SUITES AND CLUB SEATS
Suite and Club Seat holders will enter the stadium through special designated gates. The Suite holders will enter the stadium through one of the stair towers and will be directed to an elevator to take them to the suite level. Club Seat holders may enter the stadium either through gate S6 or gate N6 and will use the escalators to access the club level. You must have the proper game ticket to enter these areas and you will be asked by event staff to show your suite level/club level game ticket at the bottom of the escalators or the elevators.
TENT RENTAL AREA
Space is available around the football stadium for holding special activities for small and large groups. There is a fee involved with this service. Interested parties need to contact the OSU Sports Network/ Host Communication at 405/372-5302.
THE WALK
Join Head Coach Mike Gundy and the Cowboys as they make the traditional pre-game walk along Hester Street from the Atherton Hotel in the OSU Student Union to Boone Pickens Stadium. The Walk begins 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff. Go to www.okstate.com for updated route information and game day schedules.
THROWING OF ITEMS
The throwing of any items is prohibited and may result in eviction and/or prosecution. If you observe an individual throwing any item(s), immediately alert event staff or a police officer who will handle the situation.
TICKET PROBLEMS
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they may need to visit the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located in the northeast corner (ground floor) of the OSU Athletics Center. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron must go to the customer service window on the north or south side of Boone Pickens Stadium and obtain a ticket replacement. Only the actual ticket holder may request a ticket replacement. The original ticket barcode will be deactivated and will not be valid for admission.
TICKET OFFICE AND GAME DAY HOURS
The OSU Athletic Ticket Office, located in the northeast corner of the OSU Athletics Center, is open Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). For your convenience, the Ticket Office in Boone Pickens Stadium is open each football game day starting six (6) hours prior to kick-off or 8:00 a.m., which ever is later. The ticket office will stay open through halftime. Contact the OSU Ticket Office (405/744-5745 or 877/255-4678) for additional information.
TICKET OFFICE Â WILL CALL
Will Call tickets (actual game ticket) are available for pick up at the southwest ticket windows (south side, west end) of Boone Pickens Stadium. These ticket windows will be open beginning six (6) hours prior to kick-off or 8:00 a.m. which ever is later. Picture ID and credit card (if applicable) is required to pick up tickets in Will Call. Only the ticket holder may pick up tickets unless arrangements are made through the Ticket Office in advance.
TICKET REPLACEMENTS
Replacements are available to season ticket holders and individual ticket holders in reserved seating areas for the following reasons:
- Tickets are to be left for a friend.
- Tickets were never received in the mail.
- Tickets were lost or stolen.
- Tickets were accidentally destroyed.

Request for replacements may be placed only by the ticket holder on record. Replacements are issued solely at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Replacements take precedence over the original ticket(s).
TICKET TRANSFERS
Transfers are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. Approval is considered by factors including, but not limited to, comparable giving history and case-by-case circumstances. Minimum POSSE point requirements, if applicable, must be met by the prospective transferee before a request form may be submitted. POSSE Priority points are not transferable.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS
Effective July 1, 2008, Oklahoma State University is designated as a tobacco-free campus.
TRAFFIC CONTROL
OSUPD will be responsible for traffic control around the football stadium. OSUPD will coordinate with Stillwater Police Department for traffic control around the City of Stillwater.
