2008 Indoors: Competed in both the 3000 meters and the 5000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, placing 18th in the 3000 meters with a season-best time of 8:24.04 and finishing 12th in the 5000 meters with a 14:37.41 ... Clocked a 4:24.39 in the mile at the J.D. Martin Invitational.

High School: Attended Eden Prairie HS in Eden Prairie, Minn., where he was coached by Jeff Lindlief ...
