2008 Indoors: Ran a pair of races during the indoor season, placing 12th in the mile at the Arkansas Invitational with a time of 4:27.83 and clocking a 2:41.37 in the 1000 meters at the Sooner Invitational to place seventh.
2007 Cross Country: First-team academic all-Big 12 honoree ... Represented Oklahoma State at the Big 12 Championship and at the NCAA Regional, clocking a 26:27 at the conference meet to place 53rd and a 31:32 at the regional meet to place 46th ... His time of 26:01 at the Cowboy Jamboree placed him 47th at the event and his 19:54 at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival was good for a seventh place finish.
