2008 Outdoors: Ran twice during the outdoor season, clocking a 2:01.74 in the 800 meters at the Tulsa Invitational and a 4:11.49 in the 1500 meters at the Arkansas Twilight meet.
2008 Indoors: Set a new personal best by running a 2:33.02 in the 1000 meters at the J.D. Martin Invitational ... His 4:13.65 in the mile run at the Big 12 Championships set a season best for him and was good for an 11th-place finish in the event ... It also marked the second-best time for any Cowboy runner in the mile during the indoor season ... Competed in the 800 meters twice during the season, running a 1:58.88 at the Razorback Invitational and a 2:01.01 at the Arkansas Invitational ... Ran a 54.12 in the 400 meters at the J.D. Martin Invitational.
2007 Cross Country: Competed in a pair of races, clocking a 20:29 at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival to place 13th and crossing the finish line in 25:42 to place 38th at the Cowboy Jamboree.
2007 Outdoors: Competed primarily in the 1500 meters and in the 8000 meters during the outdoor portion of his sophomore campaign, turning in a season-best 3:52.74 in the 1500 meters at the Stanford Invitational and a season-best 2:02.41 in the 800 meters at the Tulsa Duals ... Ran the 1500 meters in 4:10.11 at the Big 12 Championships.
2007 Indoors: Ran a variety of different distances as a sophomore, posting personal best times in the 3000 meters (8:34.41 at the Razorback Invitational), the 1000 meters (2:33.89 at the J.D. Martin Invitational) and in the mile (4:09.07 at the Big 12 Championships).
2006 Cross Country: Competed in three races, clocking a 21:00 at the four-mile Tulsa Hurricane Cross Country Festival ... Ran the 8000-meter Cowboy Jamboree in 25:42 and ran the 8000-meter Big 12 Championships in 25:54.
2006 Outdoors: Ran the 1500 meters in five races, posting a season-best 3:57.92 at the Stanford Invitational ... Turned in a second sub-four minute performance when he clocked in at 3:59.37 at Kansas State.
2006 Indoors: Ran the mile in five different races, posting a season-best 4:21.46 at the Big 12 Championships ... Ran 4:32.66 at the Tyson Invitational.
2005 Cross Country: Redshirted.
High School: Attended Provincial HS in Winnipeg, Canada, where he was a Junior National Finalist in the 1500 meters during his senior year .... Two-time Provincial High School Cross Country champion ... Also won the championship in the 1500 meters during his sophomore year ... 2005 Age Class Champion in the 1500 meters and the 5000 meters.
