Vail; Jankowski Set to Compete at NCAA Outdoor Championships

STILLWATER, Okla. – Seniors Ryan Vail and David Jankowski will represent the Oklahoma State men's track and field team at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships Wednesday and Thursday at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
Vail is scheduled to compete in the 5,000-meter run, while Jankowski is scheduled to compete in the 10,000-meter run.
Vail enters his event with a season-best, U.S. Olympic Trials qualifying time of 13:41.61; the 4th-best time in the field, while Jankowski enters his event with a season-best time of 28:55.68; the 17th-best time in the field.
The 5,000-meter run semifinal round is scheduled to begin at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, with the final round scheduled for 9:35 p.m. Friday. The 10,000-meter run final round is scheduled to begin at 8:50 p.m. Thursday.
