If you are a POSSE member, you support OSU Athletics by providing scholarship funding for Oklahoma State's 467 student athletes – nearly $5M annually is to the institution representing student-athletes tuition, fees, books, etc. As a POSSE booster club member, you are also receiving a first-class magazine dedicated to OSU Athletics every other month or so. The Athletic Department designed it for several reasons, including 1) keeping O-State athletic donors up-to-date on achievements, campaigns, sport programs, coaches and student-athletes; 2) offering a premium reward for joining the POSSE; 3) creating goodwill amongst supporters.
POSSE Magazine goal: Communicate features and/or regular columns to current and/or new POSSE memberships; provide fresh, timely, relevant and accurate stories. Distribute a first-class, perfect-bound publication incorporating compelling stories, high quality photos/renderings and professional layout and design.
In future issues, POSSE Magazine readers can expect to see:
- Exclusive features on Cowboy and Cowgirl coaches and student-athletes
- Facility Updates (including renderings, plans and progress updates for Athletic Village and stadium construction)
- Major gift articles
- Donor and fan spotlights
- Breathtaking photo spreads
- Behind-the-scenes profiles of people and events
