Cowboys Have Three Top-Ten Finishes at John Jacobs Invitational

NORMAN, Okla. Â The Oklahoma State men's track and field team got a chance to tune up Saturday before trips to California and Arkansas next week, as it competed in the John Jacobs Invitational at the University of Oklahoma.
Freshman Jonathan Stublaski had the best finish of the day for the Cowboys, placing fourth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:57.04.
Sophomore Brad McNiff joined Stublaski in the top ten in the event, finishing with a time of 4:03.51.
Senior Terry Josserand, running in his first event of the season, gave the Cowboys a top-ten finish in the 400-meter dash, finishing with a time of 48.89, only about a second from hitting the NCAA regional qualifying mark of 47.20.
The Cowboys return to action next week, as they compete in the Mt. SAC Relays and the John McDonnell Invitational.
